THE ROLE:

As Project Managers at Amplifi we work with clients spanning multiple industries and countries whether it is manufacturing in Ireland or retail in Denmark, there is a huge variety. We work with a variety of technology partners to deliver a wide range of projects from MDM or PIM implementations through to Data Quality and Governance.

Our portfolio is broad and exciting, the projects we work on can be complex in size and scale, this means you could be working on a single large project/programme or a number of smaller engagements at any one time. We need to react and amend our approach at times so adaptability whilst keeping the overall outcomes front of mind is key, showing resilience and challenging when appropriate.

We collaborate with clients and Amplifi colleagues to define technology and requirements right through to the implementation of solutions. Utilising relationship building and project skills and knowledge to negotiate through the creation and management of scope and plans is crucial in the successful delivery of our projects. We have autonomy to manage our own projects and benefit from the support of an expert team and fellow Project Managers to discuss ideas and plans. Providing a supportive and inclusive culture is key to our successful delivery

There are many different skills that make up a Project Manager at Amplifi and as a progressive company we can help with giving you the knowledge of MDM & PIM, if you don’t have it, and the specific technologies we work with. So, if you have previous experience in a project management where you have managed a project from inception through to implementation, created and managed scope, plans, RAIDs, then we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING:

  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical/business audiences
  • Be able to create and maintain relevant project documentation required by the Client and Amplifi
  • Be able to manage a team and deliver to challenging timelines
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders across numerous projects
  • Assist with the planning of projects, ensuring that all aspects are in place to support successful delivery
  • Ability to think on your feet, identifying and resolving problems affecting delivery
